These newly built, modern 2 and 3 bed room apartments nestle in the heart of Hout Bay at the foot of the famous Chapman’s Peak, next to the beach. A seaside home within a city – where better to spend your holiday!

Only a minute’s walk along a paved pedestrian walkway to the beach, “The Village Square” offers luxurious self catering apartments, consisting of 2 or 3 bedrooms, an open plan lounge/dining room, a fully equipped Italian kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and corner bath and an additional guest toilet. The 3 bed room apartments have an additional shower. The apartments sleep 4 – 6.

All self-catering apartments offer lovely views, either of the majestic surrounding mountains, the charming Village or the breakers pounding onto the beach. Selected holiday apartments have balconies with patio furniture and portable barbeques.

The open plan lounge/dining areas are equipped with local TV, some also offer satellite TV, DVD and CD players. The dining table generally seats 6.

The fully equipped Italian kitchen includes a microwave, oven and glass top hob, washing machine or dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Linen and bath towels are provided.
Each of the bedrooms has ample built in wardrobes and sleeps two adults. Linen and furnishings are of superior quality.
All apartments have under floor heating and some have air conditioning.

The apartments are not serviced, but we can assist you in arranging this if needed.

“The Village Square” is a glamorous apartment block, situated in the first block from the central beach. It is wonderfully situated with the beach, banks, supermarkets, a tourist office, internet shop, gymnasium and numerous other shops and restaurants within a minute’s walk from the apartment. You cannot be more centrally situated!

There are also many golf courses nearby.
